Crystal makes great wedding anniversary gifts!

How do you choose your wedding anniversary gifts when you have been invited to help celebrate. I personally find that choosing the right wedding anniversary gifts can be a bit of a headache, especially if I do not know the couple very well. When that happens I often rely on the number of years the celebration is about.

Usually I don’t get invited to a party where I have to take wedding anniversary gifts to unless it is 10th year up. This means they usually have all they need for their house so I am either looking at a personal item or something fun. Also I look to their hobbies. Luckily today I don’t get invited to the big parties like I used to where lots of people were there, so I usually know the couple well.

Where I would walk through stores for hours looking for wedding anniversary gifts I now go onto the net and see what I can find. I check out the different sites, especially those who have crystal items. I love giving crystal as gifts. I enjoy it myself and therefore feel others do and have found over the years people have been happy with their gift too.

I am particularly fond of crystal vases when I’m giving wedding anniversary gifts. I have found my own collection of all sizes helpful when people give me flowers so I know you never have enough.

I also have found by knowing the people well you know if they collect certain colors or type. My daughter collects blue and red glass so for wedding anniversary gifts I will keep my eye out in my travels for blue and red vases for her. Her collection is growing as her anniversaries keep on coming.

Yes wedding anniversary gifts can be a headache, but they also can be a joy. The joy of giving something you know people will enjoy looking at or using for years to come.
